Free shipping on all orders worldwide.
UK Shipping:
Delivery within 6-8 business days after shipment.
International Shipping:
Delivery within 9-14 business days after shipment.
Please note: All customs clearance fees, duties, and import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not included in the settlement fee and will be collected by customs or the carrier upon delivery. Mearivix is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance or any additional costs incurred during the customs clearance process.
Delivery time (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery to remote areas may require an additional 1-2 business days.
Order Processing Time
Please note that the above delivery time is calculated from the date your order is processed and shipped. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address associated with your Mearivix account. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a link that allows you to track your package status in real time. You can also log in to your Mearivix account to view your order status and tracking information.
Order Changes/Cancellations
Please carefully check your invoice and shipping information before placing your order. Our shipping team processes orders quickly, and once an order is shipped, we cannot make any changes. Furthermore, once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled.
Order Modifications
If you need to make any modifications to your order, please notify us immediately. We will try our best to meet your request; however, due to the large volume of orders, we may not be able to meet your request before the order is shipped. Please carefully check your order before submitting it to ensure all information is accurate. If you find any errors or need to make modifications, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you in making the necessary modifications before the order is shipped. Please note that once your order is shipped, we cannot make any modifications or changes. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Delivery Failure
Please ensure you have provided accurate and complete shipping information, including your full name, shipping address, and contact information. Otherwise, your package may be returned, and we will not be responsible for any additional shipping costs or fees incurred.
If your package is returned due to delivery failure, we will contact you to arrange a resend. Please note that reshipment may incur a fee, which we will discuss with you before arranging the reshipment.
Shipping Exceptions and Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as a surge in order volume (e.g., promotions, holidays), weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or customs delays (if applicable). We will notify you promptly if your order is expected to be delayed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers. Please carefully verify your shipping address at checkout to ensure it is accurate.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or no one to pick it up, we will notify you by email. You can request a reshipment (additional shipping costs apply) or a refund.
