Returns and Exchanges Policy:
All items must be returned in brand new, unused condition, undamaged, and with all tags intact. This includes the original packaging, accessories, and dust bag. Otherwise, we will not accept returns or exchanges, nor will we process refunds.

After you submit a return/exchange request via email and ship the item, it will be inspected upon arrival.
