To ensure secure and efficient transactions, Mearivix currently accepts the following payment methods:

– Mastercard
Please note: We do not currently accept other payment methods.
Payment Security
Mearivix takes the security of your payment information very seriously. All transactions are processed using industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, which encrypts your credit card details and personal information during transmission. This ensures your sensitive data is protected from unauthorized access, theft, or misuse.
We do not store your full credit card number, CVV code, or expiry date on our servers. All payment processing is handled by reputable payment processors that comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) to further protect your information security.
Billing Information
You must provide accurate and up-to-date billing information at checkout, including your full name (as on your credit card), billing address, credit card number, expiry date, and CVV security code. Incorrect or incomplete billing information may result in payment failure or order delays.
The billing address you provide must match the address associated with your Visa or Mastercard account. A mismatch may result in your bank or card issuer refusing payment for security reasons.
Billing Errors
If you find any billing errors (e.g., incorrect amount, duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or incorrect billing information on the receipt), please contact us immediately at [email protected]. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number, the incorrect bill, and a detailed description of the error.
Payment Processing and Fees
Your credit card will be charged immediately after you successfully submit and confirm your order. You will soon receive an order confirmation email with your payment details and order summary.
Temporary Authorization: When you place an order, your bank may temporarily authorize your credit card to verify that your account balance is sufficient. This authorization is not a formal charge and will be lifted by your bank within 3-7 business days if the order is cancelled; it will also be lifted if the transaction is completed.
Payment Refusal
If your payment is refused, please check the following before trying to place another order:
– Ensure your credit card balance is sufficient or has available credit.
– Confirm that the billing address you entered matches the address registered with your card issuer.
– Confirm that your credit card is not expired and that your CVV security code is correct.

Refunds
All refunds will be returned to the original Visa or Mastercard credit card used when you placed your order. We do not offer refunds for other payment methods.
If you have been charged twice, please email [email protected] with your order number and bank statement. We will investigate immediately and refund any unauthorized duplicate charges.
